Whenever you can, try this tactic. Turn your male adversary's argument around and feed it back to him. Justify your behavior by pointing out his bad behavior (whether it's really bad or not doesn't matter).
If he accuses you of milking the victim card, simply accuse him of milking AND bilking the victim card by feeling sorry for himself all the time.
Tell him that, if the Patriarchy is a made-up fiction, he's one of the ones that helped to create it in the first place.
Remember two important points. First, always snap at him.
The nastier the better. Second, freely exaggerate the accusations against him. The greater the exaggeration the better.
Antagonize him and provoke him. He either takes your guff and is emasculated, or he strikes back and faces public censure, maybe worse.
